At Thunderbee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can request a refund under the following conditions.

For the return to be accepted:

The product must be unused , in perfect condition and with its original packaging .

Refunds

Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 7 business days .

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Only the price of the product is refunded, not the initial shipping costs.
