Returns and refunds policy

At Thunderbee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can request a refund under the following conditions.

Return period

You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.


Conditions

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused , in perfect condition and with its original packaging .

  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged by misuse or improper use.

How to request a refund

  1. We will provide you with the address to which you should send the product.

Return shipping cost

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Thunderbee does not cover return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 7 business days .

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • Only the price of the product is refunded, not the initial shipping costs.

Defective products or order error

If the product arrives defective or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. In these cases, Thunderbee will handle the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
