Origin and Destinations All our orders are processed and shipped directly from Spain. We currently ship to:

• European Union

• United Kingdom

• United States

Processing and Delivery Times Please allow a maximum of 2 business days for us to prepare your order. Once handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

• European Union: 5-8 business days.

• United Kingdom: 5-8 business days.

• United States: 5 to 9 business days.

Note: If you are purchasing a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination.

• Free shipping on all orders over 80 €.

Customs and Duties

• European Union: As orders are shipped from Spain, there are no customs fees or additional charges.

• United Kingdom: Orders are shipped from Spain (EU). The customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied upon entry into the UK.

• United States: Orders are shipped internationally from Spain. While most standard orders are exempt from customs fees (for amounts under $800), the customer is legally responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes that US customs might levy.
