Origin of shipments

• Orders to Europe : are shipped from Spain .

• Orders to the United States : are shipped from the United States .

We currently ship to:

• USA

(We do not ship to the UK at this time.)

Delivery times

• European Union : up to 4 working days .

• United States : between 4 and 7 business days .

The time limits start counting once the order has been prepared and shipped.

Order preparation

All orders are prepared within a maximum of 2 business days before shipment.

Shipping costs

• Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination.

• Free shipping on orders over €80 .

Customs and taxes

• European Union : there are no customs costs or additional charges.

• United States : Shipments are made from the USA, so no additional customs fees should apply.
